Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 13, 2026

This policy describes how MOYUXB ("we", "us") handles information when you visit moyuxb.com (the "Site"), subscribe to the newsletter, or contact the editorial address. It applies to this Site, not to third-party websites linked from an article.

Information you choose to provide

Newsletter

If the newsletter service is configured and you subscribe, the Site sends the email address you enter to Resend, our email delivery and audience provider. We use it to manage the subscription and send publication emails. Do not subscribe if you do not want your address processed for that purpose. Resend's own handling is described in its privacy policy.

Email contact

Contact links on the Site open your email application. If you send a message, we receive the address, message, attachments, and any other information you include. We use it to respond to the inquiry, assess a correction, or evaluate a source lead. Please do not send confidential financial, tax, employment, health, or identity documents.

Information received during a visit

Hosting, security, and content-delivery providers may receive routine request data needed to deliver and protect the Site, such as an IP address, browser or device information, requested URL, referrer, and timestamp. Their logs and retention practices are controlled by those providers and the Site's hosting configuration.

Cookies, local storage, and analytics

The consent banner stores one preference in your browser's local storage under moyuxb_cookie_consent_v1. The value records whether you accepted or rejected optional storage so the banner can remember the choice. You can clear it through your browser settings.

Google Analytics may load when a valid analytics measurement ID is configured. Advertising and analytics consent signals default to denied; the preference banner updates those signals after a choice. Google describes how it handles data in the Google Privacy Policy. Browser settings and Google's own controls can provide additional choices.

Advertising status

The Site publishes an AdSense account-verification meta tag and an ads.txt record, but does not currently load the AdSense advertising script sitewide. If advertising is enabled after account approval, this policy will be updated to describe the active implementation. Serving personalized ads to visitors in the EEA, United Kingdom, or Switzerland also requires an appropriate Google-certified consent management platform; this Site's simple preference banner should not be understood as that certification.

How information is used

  • Deliver, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the Site
  • Manage requested newsletter messages and unsubscribe choices
  • Respond to questions and investigate correction reports
  • Understand aggregate traffic when analytics is configured and permitted
  • Comply with applicable obligations and protect the Site from abuse

Retention and deletion requests

Newsletter contact data is retained until you unsubscribe or request deletion, subject to the service provider's operational and legal retention. Editorial correspondence may be kept while needed to assess the issue, preserve a correction record, or protect the Site. Routine server and security logs follow the hosting provider's configured retention.

To ask about access, correction, deletion, or a newsletter unsubscribe, email [email protected]. We may need enough information to identify the relevant record. Your rights can vary by location.

Changes to this policy

We may update this page when the Site's providers or data practices materially change. The date above reflects the latest substantive revision. Questions about this policy can also be sent through the contact page.
